What is a LostFit Exploration Session?
It's designed to give you clarity so that you can GET CLEAR on what kind of transformation you want. In other words we'll sit down and discuss your transformation, why you're where you're at not and why you may be having trouble getting or keeping the results that you want. 

During that conversation, we will create a personal transformation strategy that will take your individual life circumstances, limitations, roadblocks/obstacles and timeline into account. 

You will get a customized blueprint for free that will fit your goals and help you start on the path towards success.

Following this exploration session you will see the advantage of this elite program and how it will help take you from where you're at now, to where you want to go. 

I live a busy lifestyle, will this program still allow me to get in shape and enjoy my life?
Yes, absolutely. This program is designed specifically to transform men who lead busy lives and don't have time to spend endless hours in the gym. 

You just need to be willing to commit to at least 30 minutes of training 3 days a week. 

Working out is great, but I'm really struggling with nutrition, does LostFit provide that as well?
Absolutely. You can't get results unless you're 100% on everything. Training is one thing, but solid nutrition is key to results. 

Everything will be tailored to your specific goals and you will be held accountable every step of the way.
 
Note: You will not be on some cookie cutter diet plan as the other men in this program. Everything will be fit to your lifestyle, so you can get the results that you want, keep them, and still enjoy outings with your family and loved ones. 

I haven't worked out in a long time (if ever) and I'm not going to lie, I'm a bit intimated... Can I really handle this?
You definitely can. Whether you haven't worked out in over 10 years, or have never worked, this program is designed to start where you're at NOW.
 
I won't drill you into the ground, or leave you sore for days.

I'm confused, is LostFit CrossFit?
Hell No. Far from it. LostFit is designed to actually help you reach a desired goal. I won't have you beating up your joints, doing ridiculous exercises, injuring yourself, or doing some random "workout of the day" that only leaves you in pain and further away from the desired results you want.
 
Instead, I will give you SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) goals to help you reach your fitness potential.

I've been down this path before, been screwed over, and it's hard for me to TRUST anyone. Why should I trust you?
I get it. There are a ton of crappy gyms, exercise programs and diets all promising you the same thing: to give you results.
 
But I would have you consider something from a different point of view.
 
Your lack of trust is not in me or the LostFit Family, but rather in a system that's full of empty promises.
